Karen Penrose

Karen Penrose is a licensed Life & Health Agent with Armstrong & Associates. She specializes in employee benefit plans for companies with 2 – 50 employees. Karen’s husband Craig Penrose is an agent in our Woodland office, and they often work together to provide a friendly, knowledgeable, customer-service oriented approach to the commercial insurance needs of small-to-medium sized companies in a variety of industries.

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from UC Davis. She is appointed with many major life and health carriers. She has also completed the special training required for California Partnership Long Term Care insurance policies.

Karen and Craig’s daughter Sarah attends Columbia University School of Nursing in New York. Their son Kevin attends UC Santa Cruz.

Karen brings over 25 years of professional sales and customer service experience to Armstrong & Associates, and believes in building strong, enduring business relationships with her clients.
