Amy Conn

Amy Conn is the Claims Manager for Armstrong & Associates.  Her focus with clients is to expedite the claims process, including medical care and return to work, coordinate investigations, and monitor claims to insure that claims are handled correctly and promptly closed.  She works with the client to monitor and estimate their experience modifications and provides ongoing education including an Employers School providing an Overview of Workers’ Compensation, an Experience Modification Workshop and a Workers’ Compensation Reform Workshop.  Amy has a degree in Communications and is a certified Workers’ Compensation Claims Professional.   

Prior to joining Armstrong & Associates, Amy managed claims at the insurance and legal level, including advocacy work and acting as a hearing representative.  Amy began her career as an Adjustor for California Compensation and Superior National for 6 years.  Amy is and has been a member of the Women in Workers’ Compensation, California Association of Rehabilitation and Reemployment Professionals and the California Coalition of Compensation.  Amy enjoys camping, reading, running and shopping with her husband, Tom and two daughters, Courtney and Mallory. 

Amy’s primary goal in serving the clients of Armstrong & Associates is to reduce claims, lower experience modifications and return employees to work.  She believes in helping clients understand the process and communicates in terms the client will understand.  Amy is your professional claims manager.
