Jack Losoya

Jack Losoya is the bilingual Safety Training Instructor for Armstrong & Associates.  Jack is also a Commercial Insurance Agent specializing in agriculture and commercial accounts.  He provides Property & Casualty Insurance and Agribusiness.  Jack is a veteran of the insurance industry with over 30 years of sales management and instruction.  His experience includes specialty Crop Insurance and Safety Training.  Jack was instrumental in developing Crop Insurance Programs with the Federal Government.  Jack has a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University and is certified in Wastewater Treatment from Sacramento State University. 

Jack is a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War, the Elks Club (for 40 years), Habitat for Humanity, and past Mayor and City Council Member of Winters.  Jack was acknowledged in the Hispanic 500 Business Magazine and received the Governor’s Businessman’s Award.   Jack was born and raised in Woodland, where he lives with his wife, his three children and seven grandchildren. 

Jack believes in retention.  His focus is “do for the client what we promise”.  Jack believes the growth of Armstrong & Associates is due to added services for clients. A few specialty services offered by Armstrong & Associates include a mapping program, safety meetings and programs and claims management.  We become friends with our clients.
