Rosa Greenhalgh

Rosa Greenhalgh is the Safety Consultant for Armstrong & Associates. Rosa’s focus is loss control and safety and health for the employer. She specializes in Cal/OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation rules and regulations and safety training requirements. 

Prior to joining Armstrong & Associates, Rosa was a Safety and Health Specialist for a winery and vineyard. She implemented safety and health programs for facilities in California and Washington and managed the company’s workers’ compensation claims. She also performed assessments, facilitated safety meetings and emergency response drills. Rosa enjoys martial arts and the outdoors, backpacking and skiing with her husband. 

Rosa’s primary goal in serving the clients of Armstrong & Associates is to provide cost effective solutions to safety issues while helping the client remain competitive in the marketplace. She helps clients create safety programs that comply with regulations and provides written materials that are customized to meet client needs.
